Introduction to Horse Riding in Nottinghamshire
Perfect for beginners, this introduction to horse riding in Nottinghamshire provides an idyllic location in which to get acquainted with this popular outdoor activity. On arrival, receive a welcome introduction before meeting the horse and getting straight into the action with a practical 30 minute group horse riding lesson, led by an experienced instructor. Afterwards, sit down to a well-earned buffet lunch surrounded by the peace and tranquillity of the equestrian centre, followed by a one hour trek through the beautiful and historic and archaeological site of Creswell Crags. Open daily, bookings can be taken throughout the year, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age seven (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult). Maximum weight 15 stone. Not suitable for pregnant women. Any other disabilities must be declared prior to booking.
This experience is only ever cancelled in extreme weather conditions. If in doubt, please call the venue before setting off.
Expect to be at the venue for three hours, including lunch and 90 minutes riding time.
