Taught by Novelli himself, the class aims to give budding chefs the confidence to cook fantastic fish dishes, whether they're new to cooking or experienced in the kitchen. Throughout the session, watch and learn as Novelli demonstrates valuable techniques for cooking and preparing seafood, as well as offering his top tips for mastering the cuisine. Then, get hands-on and cook a delicious seafood based dish, with expert guidance. Top it all off by sitting down to enjoy a delicious lunch, accompanied by a drink with the rest of the class.

Courses are held on selected dates throughout the year (subject to availability).We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to secure a date.
- Participant Guidelines
The minimum age for the course is 18. Participants must be able to stand up for a reasonable length of time. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access on site, as it has not been possible to modify the 14th century listed building.
Courses typically start at 11am and end at 4.30pm. Please allow up to 6 hours for the experience.
- Numbers on the Day
This voucher is valid for one person. Join a group of between 6 and 12 other budding chefs.
- Dress Code
There is no dress code but casual clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended.
