Scuba Diving with Sharks in Skegness
Overview
Brave the shark enclosure of Skegness Aquarium with this adrenaline-fuelled scuba diving experience. Scattered remains of the Hispaniola wreck can be found buried at the bottom of the Coral Ocean exhibit, including the cannon. The tank is also home to a collection of bat rays, unicorn fish, black tip reef sharks and a zebra shark. Start off by kitting up in a wetsuit and hopping into the purpose-built training pool, for a safety briefing and lesson in scuba diving basics with a trained instructor. Once familiar with the breathing techniques, move over to the Coral Ocean exhibit for a thirty-minute dive and grasp the chance to interact with the resident marine life, while coming face to face with the sharks as they weave their way around the tank.
