Raft the runs up and down the river (as many times as four depending on time), all the while growing in confidence, getting wetter and wetter! The River Tryweryn set in North Wales is graded three on the UK's white water grading system, which starts at one (a few splashes) and goes up to six (too rough to offer commercially).
