30 Minute Personal Boxing Training and Two Week Membership for One at Twelve Three Gym
Boxing is a brilliant way to stay fit and healthy, helping to improve cardiovascular health, strength and decrease stress. Reap the benefits with a 30-minute introductory personal training boxing session for one person at TwelveThree Gym. The boxing coaches have years of experience under their belt, so you’ll be in capable hands during your session. Work up a sweat and learn the basic footwork drills, skills and bag-work during the session and then fine-tune it with unlimited access to the gym and boxing classes for two weeks.
- 30-minute introductory boxing personal coaching session for one person
- An unlimited membership for two weeks, with access to the following classes: Boxcon, Gloves On, Conditioning and Ringcraft
