Four Hour Shinrin-Yoku Experience in Largs for One

From beaming beaches to towering treetops, immerse in the healing environments of nature. Be introduced to the practise of mindfulness and emotional wellness, as participants seek to slow down, improve relationships or even take back control of their life. This experience lasts approximately four hours, from 10am–2pm or 2pm–6pm.
