Available Monday–Friday at 12pm–4.30pm, year round, excluding 11th–14th February and 9th December–31st December and also, this experience may not be available on bank holidays or other special dates. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient especially our waitress Tye! The food was delicious and a great variety of vegetarian sandwiches. I would strongly recommend this experience, it was a very special afternoon.

We had a lovely afternoon, our afternoon tea was fresh and delicious and staff was very efficient, professional and friendly. We will definitely be returning and already planning our next visit ??

We had a fabulous time and the food was excellent. We booked a window seat as the views are spectacular which was £5 each and had to pay a service charge so look out for the extras.

Had a very nice afternoon tea at MPW yesterday. Helpful staff and good cakes. The only negative was on arrival we got told we had booked a window seat and that would be an extra £5 per person. I explained we were not aware we had booked a window seat...the lady I emailed to make the booking just booked a table for us as we were using a red letter day voucher gifted to us. We were then given a seat away from the window which we didnt have to pay for so all was well.

Order a vegetarian gluten free afternoon tea - Afternoon tea was served and it had meat on it. It was then changed - I was served with butter and tomato on the one and hummus and spinach on the other. Not exactly substantial for a 'four star restaurant'. The afternoon tea was served with cheap champagne. Quality terrible and left hungry... Very disappointed.

Gluten free afternoon tea disappointing. Bread felt like had been left out. Only brown, no white Thin wafer beef, could hardly taste it. Cakes was nice if you like chocolate. The best thing was the scone and view! Very distressing when they ask for the voucher code, but would not accept the code from a confirmation email, even though had booked using the code?
Would not go again.

My daughter and I had the champagne afternoon tea, which was bought for me for my special birthday. I had a lovely afternoon everything was nicely presented and was very fresh. Thank you very much for a good service.
