- Participant Guidelines
All ages are welcome, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult aged 18 or over. All areas of the experience can accommodate wheelchair users.
Tours run approximately every 30 minutes; this may be subject to change. Guided tour language sheets available in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Pre-booking is essential and all dates are subject to availability.

Share the tour with an average of around 30 people (there is an absolute maximum of 60 on busy tours).
- Dress Code
There is no dress code but we recommend comfortable loose clothing and footwear (much of the experience is spent standing).

Swan Bar & Restaurant and café is located on site. Gift Shop can be accessed via the main entrance and is open to the public all day (no ticket required). As it is a working theatre, tour times vary due to performance schedules or sometimes take place during rehearsals (an exclusive look at the rehearsal process). Guided tours take place in all weathers. Your visit must be booked and redeemed by the expiry date printed on your voucher.
