The 4 Meerkats were very attentive to Tim, their keeper, as they were being fed, but their excitement spilled over to sitting on the laps of my wife and I, and checking out our bags, whilst waiting for more food. Tim gave us lots of facts and figures about Meerkats, and did his best to give us "active" Meerkats. Thank you Tim! The first session of the day is when the Meerkats are most active. We then had a wander around the rest of Knockhatch Adventure Park. Whilst the site is focussed on the younger children - 2 to 11, we did have a few goes on things, such as golf and Sherlock Holmes.

Afternoon tea was georgous,and staff was very attentive.

After a long drive, as no venues closer to us we enjoyed a classic afternoon tea and were made to feel special. Food was delicious

A really excellent meal, to which we were made to feel welcome at this lovely hotel. The food was great and we were well and truly spoilt. We hope that we are able to return one day.

originally bought as a Christmas gift before lock down I finally used the voucher to take my mum on an afternoon tea cruise which was amazing . the guys who run the cruise are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. they were very knowledgeable about the area and the river life that you got to see and feed. they even give you a chance to steer the boat which is great fun . will definitely be booking to go back again

A most enjoyable afternoon, a very interesting introduction from a passionate owner, a full explanation of methods, a tasting session and finally we opted for the light lunch which was well prepared and very tasty. Would definitely recommend
