This handy kit contains a breathable plastic box, an instruction sheet, 50 beetles, enough bran for two harvests and 100 grams of dried edible crickets – it's never been easier to grow a self-sufficient mealworm farm! Each female beetle will lay approximately 500 eggs in the bran, which then hatch into mealworms. At week eight, it’s time to harvest! Tuck in and save 10% of the mealworms for the next generation. Start the cycle again for an endless supply of protein and sustenance!
