This voucher is only valid for dates in the schedule that match its value, so please look ahead for a date of equal value. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. Passengers with disabilities can usually be accommodated, but regrettably it is not possible to board the train in a wheelchair. Staff are available to assist passengers to their seats. Folding wheelchairs can be stored during the journey. Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking. For those who wish to travel on a date that does not correspond with the voucher, there may be a supplementary fee. - Dress Code

Seat assignments will be provided when checking in for a journey. Belmond British Pullman journeys advertised as being steam drawn will at some point in the journey operate with steam traction. However, in the event that this needs to be changed due to a fault or any other reason, a diesel or electric train may be substituted. If this occurs, a refund of the difference in fare between a steam and conventional train (if any) will be payable.
