Receive two vouchers, valid for two people. The View from The Shard is available on Wednesday–Sunday. After receiving the voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cruises are available Monday–Friday, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. Please inform the river cruise of any dietary requirements at point of booking. - Duration
Boarding commences at 11.30am at Tower Pier; the boat leaves at 11.45am and returns to Tower Pier at 1.30pm. The boat must keep to a strict timetable and so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel. Please bring the vouchers on the day. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please note; a reduced river cruise service may operate during the winter months.

I booked view from The Shard for 2 at 1.15 on a Sunday, when I checked the website it doesn’t open until 2, but I didn’t need to worry we went at 2 and were shown straight to the fast track entry and went right in up. It wasn’t too busy, the views were amazing over London. A thoroughly enjoyable experience I recommend it.

This was a gift bought for my husband and me in December 2019. We were unable to use it because of the COVID 19 lockdowns, but we had an extension and were able to have the lunch cruise along the Thames this week. It was a very pleasant experience, The lunch was delicious and the staff on the boat were friendly and helpful. There were no problems exchanging our Red Letter Day Voucher

We got lucky with the most beautiful sunshine and so the view was incredible. Service at the bar and cocktails/wine was brilliant! Overall amazing experience!

we had a lovely afternoon visiting the shard, it was so well organised and everyone was really friendly, the two viewing floors were really nice it was good to go to the top one and feel fresh air!

Had a lovely lunch cruise, luckily it was a sunny day so we were able to sit up on the deck to enjoy the views after a lovely lunch. Such great value . All staff were so polite and friendly, helpful. Definitely recommend this trip. Especially when the discount offers are available. Purchased for 2 family members as gifts as we enjoyed it so much.
