Available Monday-Saturday, March-December. This experience is not available after 5pm on weekdays. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have glaucoma, have high blood pressure, a heart condition or those who have had recent surgery.
This class lasts for around an hour.
- Dress Code
Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers the underarms. Please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings.
