    This voucher is valid for one person. Available on selected weekdays and weekends, year round. All dates are subject to availability.
  • Participant Guidelines
    Minimum age: 18 years. The venue can generally cater for those with disabilities, but participants must be able to climb the steps into the cab (please quote any specific requirements at point of booking). Participants must be physically and mentally fit enough to climb on and off the locomotive from ground level unaided.
  • Weather
    Trips are only ever cancelled in severe snow or floods.
  • Duration
    Lasts around two hours with around one hour of driving.
  • Numbers on the Day
    This is held on a one-to-one basis with a seasoned railway driver.
  • Dress Code
    Wear overalls or an old cotton clothing that fully covers the arms and legs. Wear a sturdy pair of shoes or boots (toe capped shoes preferably).
