Yoga Day Retreat with BrightonYoga for One
Join BrightonYoga for a four-hour yoga retreat with a group of like-minded individuals. Choose from three retreats, including hiking and yoga, yoga and forest bathing and yoga and mindfulness. Each retreat includes a yoga class run by an independent yoga teacher, as well as either a walk through the beautiful countryside surrounding Brighton, a mindfulness meditation session or forest bathing, the Japanese method of observing nature whilst breathing deeply. Feel revitalised after four hours of connecting to the mind, body and spirit.

This voucher is valid for one person. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. For the hiking and yoga retreat, participants will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and must be able to walk up a moderate slope. The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels. Please notify BrightonYoga of any medical conditions at the point of booking.
- Dress Code
Dress appropriately in comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
- Other Info
Please bring: minimum of one litre of water, sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover shoulders), any medication needed, tissues and hand sanitiser, a warm jumper in case it gets cold, a yoga mat and any equipment needed (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats).
