Chinese Takeaway Classics Cookery Class
Learn how to create deliciously classic Chinese takeaway dishes in your own home with this three hour class at an award-winning cookery school in central London. Get to grips with basic knife skills and different Asian and Oriental cooking techniques, working to create classic takeaway dishes such as prawn toast, hot and sour soup, crispy duck breast pancakes with pickled cucumber, Hong Kong noodles, egg fried rice, crispy chilli beef and black bean chicken. At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the feast together with a glass of wine - delicious!

- Availability Description
Once every two months. The school closes over the Christmas and New Year period and accepts bookings a maximum of six months in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 16.
Classes last approximately three hours, with extra time for dining.
- Numbers on the Day
Expect to share the experience with up to 11 other cooking enthusiasts.
- Dress Code
We advise wearing comfortable, closed-in shoes. Aprons are provided.
